Online Carpet and Rug Store, Delhi

The story

A Delhi company sells carpets and rugs through its own online store, built on WordPress. In 2021 it asked us to keep the store beautiful and working well.

The store came with two problems. The site had been infected with malware. And the theme the whole store was built on had been discontinued, so it would get no more updates or fixes.

We removed all the malware first. Then we rebuilt the store without an overriding theme, so its look no longer hangs on a product that someone else can drop.

What we did

• Removed all the malware from the site.
• Rebuilt the store without an overriding theme.
• Looked after the store so it stays beautiful and works well.

Results

Sales improved drastically after the cleanup and rebuild, and so did the quality of the store’s traffic.
