AI Agent Governance Platform, San Francisco

The story

A San Francisco company is building a platform for go-to-market teams. Those teams now run AI agents inside most of their tools, from Salesforce and HubSpot to Google Ads, Meta and Workday. Each tool runs its own agent, and nobody can see all of them in one place, or say what each one did and what it cost.

The company’s answer is one governance layer for the whole organisation. A business registers every agent it runs and links each one to the OKRs it should serve. Then it can see every action an agent takes and every credit it spends.

In 2025 the company brought us in to design the product and build a prototype. We designed how a business does each of those things, and built the prototype to match. The full platform is now in development with another team.
