Solar Site Monitoring Platform, Noida

The story

A Noida solar company looks after each customer from the day they sign, through the running of their solar site, to the invoice. When it came to us in 2025, onboarding a new customer took 15 days, and a maintenance cycle took 10.

It wanted one platform for the whole customer lifecycle, connected to the inverters on its sites.

We built a dashboard that follows each customer from signing through operations to invoicing, and connected it to the IoT devices on the solar inverters. Rule-based alerts flag problems on a site. AI analysis then works in tiers, summarising how each site is performing, then each customer, then the whole fleet. Invoices go out and payments come in automatically.
