Luxury Interior Design Firm, Delhi

The story

A Delhi luxury interior design and architecture firm wanted to automate how it works. Before anything could be automated, someone had to write down how the work really moves, and that was the job it gave us.

A project at the firm passes through many hands, so we interviewed all ten of its departments. From those interviews we mapped how work, documents and people move through a project from start to finish, and estimated what automation would take.

Then we wrote a complete architecture and design document for the automation. The firm built it with its own team, and we oversaw the work.
