Sanitising Products Trader, Delhi

The story

A Delhi trader sells sanitising products from three branches, and 15 people work on its system every day. In 2020 it asked us for one system to run billing, inventory, purchase and accounts across all three branches, so each branch would stop keeping its own records.

The timing made it harder. GST rules changed often during the project, and the trader sells at more than one price, so a rule change could mean revising several price lists. The system had to take each change without new development.

We implemented Soft.e Core, our ERP, for all three branches and added multiple price lists to the billing. When GST or another government rule changed, we revised the price lists, not the software, and we kept doing that as the rules kept changing.

What we did

• Implemented Soft.e Core for three branches and 15 users, with billing, inventory, purchase and accounts in one system.
• Put all three branches on the same stock and the same books.
• Added multiple price lists to the billing.
• Revised the price lists with each change in GST and other government rules.
