The story

A Delhi travel agency sells air tickets, hotels, visas and tours, and 15 people use its billing. In 2016 it needed a billing system with a different bill for each of those services.

One rule shaped the build. The agency’s invoice numbers had to match what the middleman sent its client, so the system could not create its own numbers. Staff type each one in.

We built a custom invoice form for each service type, let users enter invoice numbers by hand, and built invoice reports that print in different formats.
