Corrugated Metal Sheet Manufacturer, Pune

The story

A Pune manufacturer makes corrugated metal sheets in several patterns and employs about 500 people. In 2014 closing its books at the end of each month took four days.

It wanted one system for billing, inventory, purchase, accounts, HR and payroll. Every batch had to be traceable, and the books had to be fully auditable, with a trail for every transaction and every change made to it.

We linked every document to the trail of transactions it belongs to, and mapped inventory and costs batch by batch. The system handles back-dated transactions and transactions in closed periods, and month-end closing now takes fewer than 10 clicks.
