Solar Site Monitoring Platform, Noida
In production. AI summaries for each site, each customer and the whole fleet, with L1 and L2 root-cause analysis.
AI Agent Governance Platform, San Francisco
Product design and a prototype for a platform that tracks every AI agent a business runs.

How we build
We build with a mix of Lovable, Claude Code and Cursor. On the solar platform, different levels of analysis run on different Claude models, Sonnet or Opus, to keep token costs down.

These two are not AI products. They show the rest of the job, from planning the software to putting it in front of the people who use it.
US Healthcare CRM Provider, Noida
We led a team of more than 60 through the second go-live, after the first one failed. It went live in three months.
IoT Device Provider to Government Agencies, Delhi
A React dashboard, with a map view, for officials tracking more than 190,000 devices.
How a project runs

A short paid project. What it covers depends on the problem.
3. The full build
A full project, or a monthly retainer for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
A first working version usually takes about two months. After launch, the monthly plan continues and includes support. Our product team does the work.
