What the work includes
Before anything is built, we write the process down. Depending on the job, that means standard operating procedures, data flow diagrams and a process gap analysis, which shows where time goes and where data gets typed twice. We also write a RACI matrix, which says who is responsible for each step, and a requirements traceability matrix, which ties every requirement to the part of the software that meets it.
Then we build. Some jobs need custom software or Soft.e Core, our own ERP. Others are done with Zapier, Make, n8n or Google Apps Script, or by setting up Asana or ClickUp. We also build WhatsApp bots and automate Google Workspace.
Sometimes the new system connects the tools you already have. More often it replaces them, so that Tally, Zoho or a set of Excel sheets give way to one system.
